Upon receiving your order, please inspect the contents immediately. If you discover any damage to the product (excluding the packaging box) within 72 hours of pickup, and the damage was not caused by you, please contact enou lab as soon as possible to arrange an exchange. enou lab offers exchanges for defective items within seven days (calculated from the day of pickup). For ceramic products, due to the firing process, variations in color and texture are unavoidable, making each piece unique. Exchanges are only available for significant defects such as chips or cracks.
Without special circumstances and prior notification, defective item exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been delivered for more than seven days.
For exchanges, please ensure the product remains in pristine condition with no signs of opening.
Please maintain the product’s brand-new condition and ensure all components are included: main product, user manual, registration card, accessories, invoice, and related parts. Return everything in the original packaging to facilitate enou lab’s processing of your refund.
If the product experiences malfunction, damage, wear, scratches, scuffs, soiling, or incomplete packaging due to improper use, disassembly, or other human factors, rendering it impossible to return to our company in its entirety, enou lab will not accept refunds or exchanges for the sold product.
